**Refunds Before Shipping

1) You may cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to custom made your bobbleheads and show you the first proofs.
2)Once we begin your order, and show you the proofs, only 50% of total payment refund if you want to cancel your order – please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.

Please send email to order@bobbleheadscustom.ca if you’d like to cancel order before or after order, if you have an order number please send to us, if not it’s okay! We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your requests.

Refunds After Shipping

If you not like the custom bobblehead when you get your package in hand within 24 hours, you can send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping), and get refund after deducting the freight we paid. The item(s) must be in the original condition with the original packaging. Any item that has been used, damaged, altered or missing parts will not qualify for a return.

*Please send email to order@bobbleheadscustom.ca within 24 hours if you’d like to return after receiving order, we need order number and pictures of the products. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your requests. Customer should be responsible for the shipping fee.

Shipping Damage Claims – 100% Free Redo

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment. If you get the package with dirty and broken overwrap, Please open and check in front of the courier, if the doll is damaged, please send us photo and we will arrange Free Redo(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims, Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it).
