What happens after you place an order on our website?  

1)Our team will carefully review all the details and send you an email within 24-48 hours before production begins. Please make sure to check your email regularly and respond promptly, as your approval is essential before moving forward.

Throughout the production process, we'll keep you updated with proofs at different stages. We won’t proceed without your approval.  

For standard orders, you can expect to receive proofs within 6-7 business days.  
If you need a faster turnaround, proofs will be sent within 4-5 days.  
For the quickest turnaround options, proofs will be available within 3 business days.  

Please note that super rush orders do not include proofs, as mentioned on our website.  

Note: During the Christmas season, proof delivery may take longer than usual.

 

2)Presented below is the list of proofs we will deliver to our customers: The initial proofs to be provided will include the head and body proofs.

3)Once you approve the proofs, we will proceed to complete the order. In this final phase, we will include the logo, name, tattoos, and number.

After the bobblehead has been crafted and assembled, we will send you a second proof within 48 hours of your confirmation of the initial design.

4）Once we obtain the customer's final approval, we will dispatch the bobblehead. It should arrive within approximately 3-5 days, though delivery to certain remote locations may take additional time. 

Please note:

1. Any delays in obtaining proof approval or requests for modifications may result in additional time needed to fulfil the order.

2. For expedited bulk orders, proofs will be provided to customers within 24 hours of order receipt.

3. For large custom bobble head orders, we offer the opportunity to review a 2D mockup prior to placing your order!
